After seven years of fertility treatments and a lifetime dreaming of motherhood, I was presented with the realization that I would not be a mom. The years that followed were full of loneliness, self-judgment and confusion about living a childless life. I yearned to connect to a community of infertile women to grow past this together. When I couldn’t find one, I created one by courageously telling my story and creating connections weekly on The “So Now What?” Podcast.
I am a Certified Life Coach, Infertility Activist, founder of The Other's Day Brunch and the creator of “The Thrive Method” - a 3-step process that helps women thrive and feel fulfilled even though they don’t have the children they always believed they would. I guide women in the rediscovery of their meaning and help them build a future they truly love - even without children. Since launching my practice in 2021, I have amassed an audience of over 21,000 students. Through my teachings, I help women discover their meaning and define a legacy they feel truly proud of. Some women are seeking transformation and community and love the connection they can find in the 12-week Thrive After Infertility Mastermind. There are some women who are not yet ready to share their struggles in a small group. Maybe they're still trying to process their emotions around a childless future or trying make sense of their meaning and purpose without motherhood. For those women, I offer 1:1 private coaching.
