Tutum Global Childlessness Alliance (TGCA) centers the involuntarily childless experience with content, therapy, wellness products, and resources that provide involuntarily childless women and healthcare professionals with information on health issues and circumstances resulting in permanent childlessness, while strengthening our emotional well-being.
TGCA is a catalyst for movements that affect timely and enduring change and advocates for all that is purposeful and meaningful about childless women. TGCA offers wellness programs, affirming therapy, revolutionary magazine, flavorful content, illuminating podcasts, insightful videos, and disruptive research. And above all, we bring a commitment to banishing taboos, and remaining a vital resource to support every aspect of childless women’s ever-changing lifestyle to keep them enlightened and encouraged, while accelerating the culture shift. Our platform caters to the unique needs that resonate with the childless female segment, changing the way female childlessness is presented, analyzed and discussed.
TGCA’s CNBC Wellness Collaborative provides therapy, wellness resources and coping mechanisms that may otherwise be out of reach for childless not by choice women who cannot find affirming mental wellness services and workshops from childless female practitioners.
Jobi Tyson is a researcher focused on the impact of women’s reproductive health, female childlessness, and infertility, and a resilience coach certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She has worked with top research institutions, organizations, and corporations on social stigmatization, marginalized segments, women’s health, and medical definitions. Through this global platform, she strives to bring purpose, heart and levity to difficult and uncomfortable conversations and taboo subjects, through diverse storytelling.
TGCA aims to create a mental wellness culture that Jobi craved when she was severely depressed throughout her 20-year unexplained infertility journey. After undergoing an emergency hysterectomy, she researched the root causes of her infertility, which were endometriosis and adenomyosis.
